I have been going to this location for a couple of years. Yesterday I received the worst haircut in my life. Even though that is not a good thing, it will grow back. The more concerning issue was the unprofessionalism of the staff. There was one employee who was off work that left the store, but came back in (waiting for a ride - told to me by the person cutting my hair). Even though I was in the chair getting my haircut with all of the TVs on and she was in the front right next to the outside door, I could hear her yelling at someone on her phone. The rest of the staff (2 others) laughed about it. The remaining two staff members were extremely unprofessional in their conversation with each other while cutting my hair and another client's. I would have had her fix the bad haircut I received, but wanted to leave as soon as I could. A one-star rating is too high based on this experience, but there is nothing lower. I would be interested in speaking with a manager/regional manager about this atrocious experience. If this is the level of professionalism and unfriendly environment this location and Sports Clips wants or accepts, I will not return.
